Title Exams show more in depth information on the property. We do Current Owner Searches which gives information on the subject property, including current title holder, taxes, liens, and judgments of record. The Full 42 Year Search is much more in depth. In addition to everything the Current Owner search shows, this exam goes back and searches all past owners and recorded documents relevant to that chain of title for the past 42 years.
