Sue Miller
Business Development/Closer
Sue Miller works from the downtown Dayton office where her primary focus is business development. She also conducts residential Real Estate closings for both purchase and refinance transactions.
Having been a Realtor for several years prior to being in the title business has given Sue an insight into the needs of both Realtors and the clients at the closing table. She is a licensed Title Agent and has been in the title business since 1997. She is an affiliate member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and is currently a member of the Metro Dayton Chapter of Business Network International.
Sue has been involved in fundraising and event planning for several years. She is the creator and chairperson for "The Valentines Dance" which has benefitted Habitat for Humanity, The Other Place, and most recently A Special Wish since it's beginning in 2006.
