Wayne Gammell

Wayne W. Gammell has worked in the Title Industry for almost 50 years. In 1973, Wayne established The Gammell Land Title Agency, Inc. which is the predecessor of M&M Title Co., the oldest Title Agency in Dayton, Ohio.
Wayne has been an active member of several organizations over the years including being the co-founder of the Miami Valley Land Title Association; an active member of the Ohio Land Title Association, the Dayton Mortgage Bankers Association, the Dayton Area Board of Realtors, and the Dayton Home Builders Association. Wayne has served in numerous leadership rolls within these organizations and has received several awards for the service he has provided. Wayne is also an active member of Concordia Evangelical Lutheran Church and has served in several offices.
