Lori McCarthy joined M&M Title Co. in 2024 as the Director of Processing Operations. She brings 25+ years of comprehensive experience in the title industry. Earlier in her career, she worked several years as a mortgage underwriter, so she also brings a knowledge of the lending-side of transactions.
Her most recent role was closing and business development, for the last 20+ years. But, in her new role at M&M Title, she is in charge of ensuring a smooth transaction, by overseeing the transaction during the processing stages, and helping to implement any changes that can streamline the process, to make your closings go even more smoothly.
I have used M&M Title twice recently when I bought properties. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. They did a great job keeping everything on track and keeping me informed on what was going on. I was so happy I even baked my closing agent cookies after we were done.
